in file: ...\modules\mod_jux_easy_megamenu\includes\menu\menu.tpl.php from line 502 and add code:

if($item->type == 'heading'){

"$icon<div class='jux-menu-item-title'>$linktype$caption</div>$caret$mobile_caret" .

}
