Mobile menu could be easier to use

The mobile menu has the following small problems:

- Many times the '>' symbol has to be pressed twice
- For submenu's the '>' symbol is not visible, because it is shown right outside the blue bar. When I click on that spot, the blue bar extends to the right and the '>' symbol is visible.
- The blue bars are quite wide. Would be nice to be able to make them less wide.
