I checked your site and saw that the problem might caused of the language you use. I also created some articles in English to test and it worked normally. You can take a look at these screenshots.
Pls follow my instruction as I can't understand your language. Sorry for my bad
Step 1: Create a new article with just title and image to see if the module works or not.
Step 2: if it works, add description and check if it works or not ( if your description includes more than one passage, pls check one by one to see if there is any SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS which caused the problem because it's hard for me to understand your language)
Step 3: if there is any special characteristics, pls remove or replace them with normal ones

my language is farsi and it is utf-8 ( iran and site is rtl ).
it's work now. i created two articles with your guide.but when i change filter category in jux metro , then every thing will be blank!
