Not showing on front page?

i have installed the extension... and have set the JUX Facebook Chat to LIVE CHAT and have the code snippet there... I have published the module but the check the page from the DEV tools its not there? I have even tried to put the module in a Postion on the page and it still will not show up... if I grab the code snippet and create a custom module and use this code snippet in the preview mode from the editor it works... it show up and I can even type and send a message... but then the same for when I assign a positon for the custom module it does not show up... so I'm confuse how to get this original extension to show up... Help please
