Mistake when installing Gallery, now not able to deinstall or to do reinstall

Hello,

I had issues with site and deleted some settings as well as running an older restore. Now the JUX Gallery is in a strange state.
I cannot deinstall from Joomla extension manager as I get following error:
JFolder: :delete: Der Pfad ist kein Verzeichnis! Pfad: /mnt/web318/b1/52/58259052/htdocs/JOM/administrator/components/com_jux_gallery

When trying to newly install the JUX Gallery I get the following error message:
Plugin „Installieren“: Plugin plg_jux_gallery bereits vorhanden. (Means the package is already installed).

How to clean this up or what needs to be deleted in order to get a clean new installation?
