I have spent three days adding entries to this module, around 60 or 70 places.
When I did a save this afternoon I lost around five of the latest entries. Thinking I may have made an error I re-entered them and saved. That was when the whole lot vanished!
I have managed to restore some of the entries from a database back up, but they are only a fraction of what was there.
Is there a limit to the number of places that can be added? If so it would be good to know this and to have some way warning when one has reached the limit.

I don't know why you need to enter too many locations in a module,
Because when entering a large number of modules, the module must handle a lot and the google maps API will not be able to support the best, it has no limit to the number of places but it will have to handle many API data. And it can cause conflict at any time, I think you only have to enter about 20 places

I am only creating one module that has all the locations.
I have to enter that number because the company has 90 or so locations around the world. I don't have the choice to enter only 20. It was a bit strange the the whole record was deleted when the error occured.
Are you saying there is no fix for this, or at least a warning when a limit has been reached?

I've never entered a lot of places like you said, now I try to enter 30 places and it still displays well

You can try entering 30 places and if it disappears I think you have entered something wrong, try it again, I think it will work fine
