feed not displaying

Hi,

I just purchased this extension and the feed is not loading? I tested in your demo area first and it worked, however I can't get the feed to display using either username or URL. The only option that works is #, and this is way too broad.

The message that displays on the front end is: No posts found by your specified sources.

The website I'm building's address is:

103.27.32.36/~aniseart/

The instagram user name is: @aniseart

I have the latest joomla platform installed and I can provide you with admin access if required.

Can you explain ehat you did. Clearing the cache hasnt helped us. We can display hashtags but specific user feeds. Please help.
