Images not showing

Hello.
I have purchased Social Instagram Feed for a year now.
Yesterday I noticed that It does not get feeds any more on my live server while it gets feed on my test server.
On my live server I get the message "No posts found by your specified sources"

Unfortunately,

I installed the latest version, it worked for one day and now it is stopped.
Can you pleasae check it?

I have edited my post with login info.
Ftp access is only through vpn which I can not give it to you.

An update please, site is onine and needs to fix this.
Also we are using AKAMAI in front of our site.
Could this be an issue ?
