No Animation Options in Drop Down After Install

In module manager- when viewing the module there are No Animation Options in Drop Down After Install on Joomla 3.3 install?

Or menu assignments?

you can find Animation Options according to the path following:
Module Manager: Modules -> choose mod_jux_megamenu ->tab advanced -> css3 style(no JS)
CSS3 Style(no JS)
Use CSS3 style with animation and disable javascript animation. You should enable this option if your site is using jQuery or mega menu has been conflict with your site script. Supported for all CSS3 browser only. It will not work with IE8 or below.

There is no animation field even when you choose CSS3. I am using version 3.2.1 Is there a fix for this?
