If You want have 2 module in one page, You have to choose case the below:
case1: module1 use JS and module2 use CSS3
Case2: all module use CSS3

Another issue:
When on smartphone and the menu is longer than the screen, theres no way to scroll in the menu?

I have been check your site and i see you set position fixed for ung-maninnav tag on small device. And you put menu to this position, then on mobile, our menu will be display at fixed position.

I think you can't do it, or you set position absolute for this position. It help you display menu on top site on small device, but you can scroll menu.
