Points of the JUX menu of the top level don't work was created by Aleksandr Volkhov

At installation of type for point of the menu of the top level "external URL" this point of the menu works normally.
But if to add to it a submenu - that it doesn't work, as independent point of the menu (the click on it doesn't work).
How to correct it?
