Concerns JUX Easy Mega Menu: Scrolling layer beneath EMM moves EMM layer was created by Jim

If you scroll the content layer, you will notice that at a particular point the menu shifts to the upper left hand corner. Likely this is a z-index problem? However, the problem does not exist when the hamburger menu is shown.
This problem also occurs when articles are scrolled beneath the menu as well.
Please advise.

Please go to back-end module -> tab Advanced -> Cusstom CSS
