Sub-menu does not show up when the viewport size is between 768 and 1024 pixels

Hi HaiND,
I have checked and it looks better now. I will do more tests before final confirmation.

Meanwhile, I have found another issue.
The submenus are not visible (do not pop-out with click) when the vewport size is more than 768 pixels and less than 1024 pixels.
Please look into this matter.
