Trasition Out Duration

It seems to me that the js hover and revealing of the sub menu works on a timer basis connected tot he settings 'Trasition Out Duration'

Q 1 is this right?
Q2 if so it seems unfriendly and closes the sub menu 'panels' very quickly

Is there a better way of keeping the menu open until the user moves out of the sub menu area?

1. Trasition Out Duration will Set the time (in milisecond) needed for hiding the Submenu
2. we are update news version for mega menu. Because Mega menu use JS, it usually conflict JS. we remove JS.
