We have created the menu using your plugin on our staging site but under the menu item 'mega content' it isnt displaying the same as on the demo site even though we have followed all the instructions given.

at the bottom it says choose from click or hover trigger. The reason we bought this plugin was to be able to have this menu using a hover trigger. This is the page I got this information from

In that case, yes the text on the plugin info page is misleading. As stated already, we purchased this thinking it offers the hover trigger on items within the menu.
We would like a refund please as we cannot use this plugin now.
