external link does not work

Please help me if I want to link to an external page in the menu, then the link doesn't work, see
gasthof-post.at in the winter menu - active winter should link it to here
winterski-oetz.at/index.php/winter/aktiver-winter
but this link comes up
gasthof-post.at/#undefined

But now it still doesn't work in the menu.
if I link a page in the main menu or link it with pagebuilder, it doesn't work.
for example. in winter - winterpauschalen
it is correctly linked but it is not displayed on the homepage.
this problem is with bikerhotel, winter - skigebiete & winter - winterpauschalen.

whenever I make a new menu, it doesn't work anymore...why?

and at the bikerhotel above we don't want the red menu like this... it should be like before...
So the double menu above should be awake.

When I click on Bikerhotel this link comes up:

and it doesn't work...

even if I click next to it (not at bikerhotel) on winter - ski areas or winter packages nothing comes up - (NOT at bikerhotel but in the menu next to it.

We have tried everything to deactivate the second menu (SP).
But we don't know how.
Could you please help us and tell what we need to do or please do this for us? So that we have your menu everywhere on this homepage.
