Multi Column - last column shows beneath instead of at the end

Hi there...
Not sure what the issue is here... Main Menu link set to 4 columns - Group NO
All 4 level1 links set to 1 column - Group YES
All level2 links set to 1 column - Group NO

See screen shot. Any ideas?
