We just purchased your JUX MegaMenu and are trying to install it. I have unzipped the file that the link below downloads (unzip1st_jux_megamenu_3.2.4.zip). There is a Packages folder and have tried to install the zip file from the Packages folder (pkg_jux_megamenu 3.2.4.zip) on our Joomla 3.4.4 website. I get the following error messages in the Extension installer:

Error
Archive does not exist
Unable to find install package
Could you please let us know how to install the menu or provide a package that works.

It was a permission problem, the tmp folder wasn't writable.
