JUX Mega Menu Not Working At All

I bought and installed JUX Megamenu on my test site on localhost. I am using a Gantry 5 template.

So far, it has been utterly and totally useless and a waste of my money.

I followed the instructions at; docs.joomlaux.com/extensions/jux_megamenu/
The rows with multiple columns do not work. The menu does not load modules.

There is no place to change from on click to mouseover.

I am extremely disappointed.
