Cannot get menu to display in columns

Hi All,

I am having problems trying to get a menu item to group and display in 3 columns. I have followed the documentation, but still the sub menu does not show as anticipated.

I have set up the Top level Menu - Article as per this screenshot

The sub menu headings (Strategy, Talent Management, Future of work) are set up as per this screenshot

Are you able to advise as to how this can be rectified?
