Hello, I bought Jux Easy Mega Menu and I am in the process of testing it on my local environment. It functions as expected on my Mac but on my iPad the dropdowns don't function. On the iPad I can't get to the submenu items. Do I need to install scripts? I have tried with Bootstrap enabled and disabled.
Hi Hans
Thank you for contacting and choosing our product
I think this is due to some minor CSS style conflicts caused by your site
But it's hard to check because the site is not online
You can upload your web online
I will check it for you
Thanks
Hello,
I have made a subdomain for testing my sites online. There you can see my test site with the JUX Easy Mega Menu enabled:
testomgeving.3hornswebsites.nl/
Before putting it online I have tried what would happen if I remove all of my CSS. That didn't help.
As said before: on my iMac everything works as expected (in Safari, Firefox and Chrome). But when I try it on my iPad I'am having all sorts of problems.
When opening on the iPad in Safari and in Chrome I don't even get to see the submenu (under Sample Sites). When opening in Firefox (on the iPad) then the first level of the submenu opens very short and then the page attached to the first level of the menu opens. I can't touch on any of the submenu items.
I have bootstrap disabled in the settings of the JUX module.
In the template I use I load: jQuery 3.3.1 and Bootstrap 3.3.7 (both css and js)
Hi again

You can describe the problem in more detail or send me one image of the problem via:

I will check it for you soon

The problem occurs on my iPad. When I touch the menu item "Sample Sites" only the attached page opens, but not the submenu items. When trying in Safari and Chorme (iOs) then just this page open. When trying in Firefox (iOs) the the first level of the submenu shows up shortly and then the attached page opens. I can't click on any of the submenu items. See this screenshot:

Hi, this does indeed the trick but it's not very intuitive. Visitors will click the menu item and won't think of clicking the arrow. This means that I won't be using this extension. I would like a refund of my € 14,99
Hi again
I think I can check and fix all the problems you are having
I still suspect you have custom something is not right because the other menu clients are still working fine
