Frustrating installation

Hello -

I purchased a membership hoping to use several template but after several hours have finally discovered that none of it works.

1. If you install the just the template by itself without using the quickstart you don't get access to any of the modules or plugins. Why?????
2. The instructions for installing the Quickstart are wrong whether installing from from scratch or after installing the template.
It says: "After downloading template and unzip the downloaded package (as mentioned in the above Download section), go to Quickstart folder and you’ll see quickstart_noo_capulus.zip:" There is no zip file inside the package for any of the templates quickstart files.
3. All the images in the Quickstart instructions are broken so it's impossible to figure it out.

Why don't you provide the modules and plugins separately from the quickstart so your customers don't waste hours of frustration trying to figure all this out.

If there isn't a simple fix for this I'd like to get a refund.

About module and plugin please re download template. We have just update packages contain module and you can install it manually. If you have problem with packages please feedback. We'll update it asap!

The demo page says that this comes with Jux-portfolio but it actually comes with the older noo_portfolio. How do I get Jux_portfolio as a download.
