On mobile, JUX Metro not show short description.
So I want to turn off hover mode and show both title and description by don't use hover mode.

But I want to display the background color (black color that show when I hover) simultaneously with the letter and reduce capacity of black color also.
That mean when user go to blog page they will see text and black color on image by don't hover.
