News Wall Module error

Hi,

I've been using News Wall for a few months and it was working well up until about a week ago when I wanted to edit a News Wall module or create a new one. Instead of the usual admin screen All I can see is a "corrupt" version - see attached screen grab example. Have you any idea what has caused this? I have tried re-installing News Wall but it has made no difference.
