position-7 was pushed down below position-6 for JUX News

I installed the demo content on themiddleland.com/ . I noticed that sometimes position-7 did not list side-by-side with position-6. Instead, it was pushed down below position-6. Please see the file attached.

This happened sometimes. If you don't see it, please refresh your browser several times on on themiddleland.com/ , you will see it. Please help. Thanks.
