Problem displaying alternative language menus and content / Home page slideshow not showing navigation arrows.

Hello,

I bought the Nozix theme and i am having problems trying to display the content of an alternative language, in my case i keep English and i added Spanish, with English everything is working fine but not with Spanish, if you go to my website: qbtestportal.com you will see the Mexico flag is for Spanish and the US for English, when you click on the Mexico flag there are no menus on the top (it has menus associated with Spanish on the back end and they are in published status).

Also as an additional thing, the slideshow for some reason is missing the navigation arrows, so it changes automatically every 3 seconds as i set on its configuration. Any idea on how to fix this too?
