Unable to hide / configure email etc

I have just purchased and installed the JUX Offline plugin but am having a number of issues:

A: I was unable to get the 30% discount as advertised on your website (Please refund difference to PayPal)
B: I am not able to hide the email subscription when it is set to None
C: When I do enable the MailList to AcyMailing I have no idea how I can get this to work? I installed AcyMailing but it is not clear how to configure it?
D: When I login to the site it doesn’t go to the Home Page, it just stays on this Offline Page.
E: I would like to increase the logo size but can’t find how to do that?
F: I would like to reduce the Title Font as its way to large

Thanks for that, I still have issues logging in to the front end, it just stays on the offline page.

I also noticed the following errors when the plugin is enabled in the browser:

Mixed Content: The page at ' omni365.com/ ' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet ' fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Lato:300,400,300italic '. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.


Also please advise how I can configure the email using the AcyMail.
