No extra fields and lightbox doesn't work

Hi,
i bought jux portfolio pro and i installed it in new.josephcecere.it.
I'm making the website with joomla 4 because the old josephcecere.it site is with joomla 3.
Unfortunately I have some problems:
1 - I installed the module on the homepage and when I click on the item link I get a 404 error page.
2 - module lightbox doesn't work
3 - I created the "work" menu item and the light box doesn't work on the page (I just added a test item) and the photo opens in a new window.
4 - in the backend in the item I don't have the extra fields
5 - I select the "jobs" category, but "root" appears on the page
