I performed an update from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4. Unfortunately, something went wrong during the update of Portfolio Pro. There are no entries available in the backend, but all entries are still present in the table _jux_portfolio_pro_items in the database. Additionally, there is an error message related to tags. What could be the cause of this issue? I would appreciate your help with this.

Sorry, we have changed the portfolio data to #__jux_portfolio_pro, not the __jux_portfolio_pro_items. Please provide us with your site database access. We will help you check and fix that issue.

I have another issue with the URL generation. For the menu items with "List of Portfolios," the URL is correct, but for Submenu "Single Portfolio" items, it does not match with my set Joomla menu items. What could be the reason for this?

To fix the portfolio details link, you don't need to create too many single portfolio menu items for each item. It will get the wrong menu item.
You only need to create one menu item in the hidden menu and use the alias as you want.

Then all your portfolio details will have the same pre alias in the URL.
