External Links in New Window

I noticed that someone posted a question about this and was advised that the new version of Jux Portfolio would have the option to open links in a new window.

However, I have downloaded version 2.02 and I cannot find that option.
I do not want visitors to navigate away from my site and target=blank does not seem to work in the link address.

Can anyone here help with that?
