question-circle JUX Portfolio Problem

Hi,

I wonder if someone can help. I am having problems with the JUX Portfolio module. I have selected the image folder for which I would like the images to be loaded from and when I look in the front end only one image is being displayed.

Also in the backend when I click the edit button to add a link to an image, nothing is happening and when I have had a look further it appears that the link is blank.

The Joomla version that we are using is 2.5.17. The page where we are running the portfolio is danielleeveritt.com/test .

If anyone else has experienced this problem and has a solution it would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi,
Thank for choosing our product!
I saw on your site jquery.min.js library is loaded after the jux portfolio js was run, this will cause errors: jQuery not define.
You can log on backend and enable jquery, jquery Conflict.
Hope it can help you solve this problem

Best regard,
Tinh

Hi Tinh,

Thanks for the reply. I have enabled both jquery and jquery conflict and it is still not displaying correctly in the front end of the website. I have also disabled jquery from the only other component on the page.

I have also found this error Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).isotope is not a function, is this something that you have seen before?

Thanks

Hi Tinh,

I have followed your instructions but have still had no luck and the portfolio is still not working. Is there anything else that may be causing the problem?

Thanks
Vjay

Hi,
I see that the portfolio has been active on your site.
Can you please clarify more for me about this issue? If possible, you can give me a screenshot so I can get it easier.
Thank,
TInh

Hi,

The problem is that only one image is showing on the front end of the website. As you can see by the second screenshot I have multiple images which I would like to be displayed in the portfolio. Also in the backend when I click the edit link underneath the images the link is not working and I am unable to edit the image but the delete link works fine.

Thanks

Hi,
I'm so sorry
Currently, jux portfolio just support for joomla 3.0.
You can update joomla 3.0 to be able to use this product.

Best regard,
Tinh
