Can't get it to work - I want my money back

Installed the module but I am unable to get it to work correctly. I tried to turn jquery on and off, but that didn't work either,
I'm having a lot of trouble with:

- Image folder: when I select a custom folder it can't see anything and I am unable to upload pictures
- When the portfolio seems to be working, it does not show the image. It's broken.

I want a correct working module. Please check businessby.ridali.nl and click portfolio in the menu.

That's seem have problem with xml file with your site. So please pm me admin account. I'll check and fix it for you asap!

Thanks for your pm. I checked your site and see problem is your site config cause function resize image can't save new image.
So I turn of option resize crop image at back-end option and now jux portfolio working fine.
About configure portfolio video I think you don't read the document and don't know how it work. You can read it here:

Thanx for the update. I did read the documentation about video and this module is exactly what i'm looking for. I want the images to be displayed and when you click it a new window opens where you can watch the video. That's how I understand how the module works.

There's is now one new problem. The video doesn't work. See the attached file. Could you take another look?

That's seem you entered wrong video ID. It's string like this: 147504650
I changed it for you and all working fine now. Please check again.

Hi. I just bought the module yesterday.

I want the module to display and function like this page in your demo demo.joomlaux.com/#jux-portfolio

However, when i click on an image link, it doesn't popup details like it does on your demo.

I know i'm not doing somethings right, but i don't know what exactly I am not doing right.

Please advise it's urgent.

I saw on your site are Jquery error (I think that's because your site lacks jquery.js library). Please enter module-> Advanced tab -> Enable config jQuery: yes.
