I have spent almost 2 hours scouring for this to change. Under submitting a property for an agent you have Category, Sale tyle and Sale. Assuming it appears "Sale" is the state of the property as the default options are sale or sold. Where is this modified at. I do not like the wording of this, and want to add pending.
Ok, just adding a quick reply on this. After looking into this I can tell this is not an easy fix or change. But maybe something to consider. Most agents here in the US I would say have several options For Sale, Pending, and Sold.
