Agent > Administrator

Hi, when creating a new Agent, there is a field called Administrator which requires the User to nominate a Joomla user to be an "Administrator" for this Agent for some reason I can't understand. My issue is that it appears that this User picker is only available to roles of Super User. When any other role tries to create an Agent, this tab is blank and because I cannot select a User, the new Agent cannot be saved.

My user who adds Agents and Properties is role: Manager and I do not wish for him to be a Super User.

I'd like to (in this order)
a) remove/turn-off this field entirely
b) at least make it not required
c) allow any back-end role to pick an Administrator user when creating an Agent.

I may be missing something but I cannot see any setting to achieve any of the above,

Sorry for late reply. please enter edit.php file (administrator \ components \ com_jux_real_estate \ views \ agent \ tmpl)
Replace the contents of the file I sent to this file.
I've revised (Editing unexplained so I will not explain). Administrator account will now have more rights.

I can not register a new agent because I can not select a user as an administrator, even with paper super user
