Error when deleting realties

Hi,
I've tried to add and delete realities and when I try to delete one I receive this error;

Warning

JFolder: :delete: Path is not a folder. Path: /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/domus-new/media/com_jux_real_estate/realty_image/100/

and the images don't get deleted.

I'm running 3.2.6 version

Please help as soon as possible as the website has to go online very soon.

Now the error has been hidden but when I try to delete a realty the picture related to it still don't get deleted.

Plus I have a problem with the module JUX Real Estate Types. It doesn't show picture properly (please see attachment)

The first problem I do not understand, you could describe in more detail.
2nd problem I add css jux-responsivestyle.css file(components/com_jux_real_estate/assets/css/jux-responsivestyle.css) line2827

The first was that when I delete a realty I expect that all the pictures related to the realty gets deleted automatically.

Beside that I'm having a lot of trouble with the modules. They seems to have many problem of responsiveness, no margin or padding, description of realty don't line up and even the paginator doesn't appear properly.

Example1:
dcwebspace.com/DOMUS/index.php?option=co...1&Itemid=129&lang=it

-If you click on"appartamenti" you'll see the paginator at the bottom of the page that is vertical instead of horizontal

-if click on "more details" on the first realty you'll see;
---an error "no results found"
---the map appears and it's set not to show
---the info box of the agent it show badly
---after the realty description there is a section "my property" what is that? what are all those pictures? Please remove it
