Facebook Feed not working

Hi
I have over 20 sites that the Social Media - Facebook Feed is not working...
I have just installed this one onto a development site (basic installation - nothing changed and no Facebook Feed)

The other sites are live and are only using Facebook and none of them are working.

This has now been down now since Mid December and we were told it was under investigation.

Can you please update me an what is going on?

The link you sent above is 3 years old and no longer relivant. This is getting very frustrating as I have now had to switch this module off on 25 websites..
Can you please create a clear set of instructions for people to setup this extension up and generate the API code, rather than sending us to competitor sites.

I have been a fan of your products for many years but this is stretching the friendship.........
