Pinterest individual board pins not showing

First, I love this module. If we can get this one thing to work, it will be perfect.
I can get my pinterest account to show in the JUX Social Stream modules, but not individual boards on my pinterest account.
For example:

If I use: "fieldsarcana" in the Pinterest ID field, the module shows all the pins on my account

But if I use: "fieldsarcana/the-road" in the Pinterest ID field, the module shows nothing from my Pinterest account.

Please help. My site is offline, but I can send login details privately.

The documentation for the extension (see attachment1) says that individual boards can be shown...
Enter the user name follow by/and then the board name.




well, my Pinterest username is "fieldsarcana" ( www.pinterest.com/fieldsarcana/ )
and when I enter the board name, the module shows nothing from pinterest.
the board name is "the-road" ( www.pinterest.com/fieldsarcana/the-road/ ) see 2nd attachment for the module setup




How to make the module show only the pins from my individual board?: www.pinterest.com/fieldsarcana/the-road/

BTW, I've tried it without the / at the end and it still doesn't work.
Please help!

I already told you that 'fieldsarcana" works by itself. BUT, I only want to show the pins from a single board on my Pinterest account, not all pins from all boards.
As I've already showed, you claim that the extension has this functionality: see your own documentation. docs.joomlaux.com/extensions/jux_social_stream/#pinterest

According to your own documentation, JUX Social stream should be able to show the pins from individual boards on someone's Pinterest account.
"Pinterest account name"/"board name"

Is your documentation incorrect? Does JUX Social stream really have the functionality you claim? If not, please change your documentation to show only what it can do.

Thanks! I don't intend to sound angry. I'm just frustrated. BTW, all my site diagnostics can't help me identify the problem.
It seems like a simple fix, to show pins from just one board on Pinterest, rather than all boards on my account.

If necessary, please give me a quote for any customization for this requirement.
