Struggling with Instagram & Twitter

Hi
I have setup the Social Stream and have Facebook & Youtube working fine.
I went through the steps for Instagram and received the Access Token and added the "!" to the ID, but can not get anything to display.
The same with Twitter, I have created the App and copy all of the details over and have nothing displaying.

I would appreciate any help and are happy to supply with extra details if required.

The development site is bgc.virtualbean.com.au

1. I access your Twitter. But they have to your phone.

2. Instagram worked.
