1.I Fixed social stream for you. Please check and feedback to me again.
a. Instagram: because your API update, some Instagram ID have to ! tag and Some Instagram ID don't need it.
But Your Instagram need ! tag. I add and it works fine.
b. Twitter: I attributes file twitter.php from 644 => 755
