Facebook ID not working on Social Stream

Hi,
I have the Social Stream working on a couple of sites perfectly.
I have added it to a new development site and using another Facebook ID (ie: www.facebook.com/Joomlaux - 398968166837472) it works fine.
But when I use the clients Facebook page I get nothing. Their Facebook details are www.facebook.com/hencerfurniture - 318934244982740

I have tried the Hencer code on another site and it wont work there either. I have check over the forum and found references to only using a business account (Hencer is). I cant seem to find what else could be causing this.

The development site is http://hencer.virtualbean.com.au/

Can you assist with what the issue could be please.

I can't find your facebook via this link and your ID. But Social stream doesn't support private facebook.
Please create a page such as www.facebook.com/Joomlaux/
if it still doesn't works. Please give me link your site and your account of administrator via mail. I will check it for you
