Facebook items not showing up

Hello, just bought your Social Stream plugin for joomla.
Installation was ok, activated the module.. nothing happend.
Found a workaround on this forum: I placed JHtml::_('jquery.framework'); on line 26 in helper.php
After that the social items are showing up. Only the Facebook posts didn't.
I used the Facebook ID from my page (not a private account but a public page).

What could be wrong?

I checked I found your hosting block Facebook.php file read,
Please contact your hosting to solve the problem there.
