instagram feed not working on social wall

hi we generated our instagram id, we generated our token and created a app in the developer page in instagram to get our token id, we inserted both in the social wall, and it is not displaying the instagram feed, can you give me your instructions on how to get the instagram id and token if we are doing it wrong?

I fixed it for you.
you insert the access token that is wrong.
1. You get access token:
238097100.d90570a.a3eaa24a5f644d3a9b43ef1c1e3b6cdf
but you only take "d90570a.a3eaa24a5f644d3a9b43ef1c1e3b6cdf"
2. Some instagram ID have to insert "!" tag
