Facebook and Instagram don't show

Hi,

I have set up facebook and instagram with JUX and it is not showing for some reason.
I have checked all forums topics i could find but none worked.
There is no error or anything.

Any suggestions? I cannot attach a screenshot to show the problems, but can send them via PM.
