I Just installed your JUX social module, and it is not displaying on the front end at all. The website is
www.monkeytrunks.com
. I do not have have an assigned position for the module. I checked the forum and apparently others have had this problem. It would be helpful if you showed the steps that you took to solve the issue and post them to the public. It might save you from answering a few tickets for the same issue.
Hi LTDSpark,
Thank you for your comments.
about your problem. you try to set Social position. If it does not please send me an account on the site back-end via message private. I'll check for you. Thanks.
This problem is difficult to explain in detail. The cause may be due
1. JS conflict with template or with one other extensions.
2. The installation location of the module
3. Social Tabs JUX module config wrong ...
We hope you understand and empathize with this. Thanks
HI
I have installed the module in position JUX Social Tabs "head-search" it was out in the front-end.
Also I added CSS file dcsmt.css (modules / mod_jux_social_tabs / assets / css / dcsmt.css)
line 1103
.tab-content.tab-facebook, .social-tabs li.active.dcsmt-facebook, .social-tabs li.dcsmt-facebook: hover, .tab-facebook-btn .dcsmt {
width: 100%! important;
height: 100%! important;
}
Please check back.
Hope help your! Thanks
Hi, I have the same issue - ~I am using a yootheme template. The module displays fine when I use protostar, but displays nothing on the template I want to use. How do I get around this? the no conflict mode does not seem to help.
