FB doesn't show any stream

Hi, Even if I used your wonderful jux social tabs in other site before, I installed the latest version on a new joomla site and FB doesn't show at all. I've tried both FB user's account URL and FB Id as explained in your documentation but nothing but a blank screen appears on the tab
Even more, if I turn on the FB Likebox only a "Is not a valid facebook url" shows.
Website is going to be live soon next week and it's the only thing not woking on it.
