Install error!?

Today I bought Testimoniols.
I reported that the button submit doedsn't work.
I installed again and got a message that something doesn't exist. (see picture)
Could that be the problem and what to do in that case?

Please remove package after just install it again,
If it still don't done. Please give me link your site and your account of administrator via private message, I will check it for you.

As you said in #8911 I removed the package and installed again. The error message was the same.
I also changed the file you told me about.
Something happened but its not oke.

You can see the button change a bit of color but the pointer doesn't change.
However you can click and the form pops up.
When search for an avatar which is to big (file exceeds limit) and you click the button query (ewhere can I change the text to dutch?) the site disappears and only an error is staying behind on the screen in the browser (not freindly for my customers)

I will send you a PB (first see howto around here) with an admin login.

Somehow is working now ......... but

I expected the pointer to change when pointed to the submit-button (from arrow in hand or something like that)
That is more friendly for the user visiting the site (more clear what is happening)

When the user tries to upload an avatar which exceeds the permitted Mb's there is no warning screen (in the sense of a popup or something)
In stead the site is left in the browser and a browser screen is shown with the message that the file is exceeding the permitted size.
very unfriendly for the user visiting my site is that the site disappears.

This will cost me customers (the site is gone, they don't come back) i am afraid.

perhaps something is still wrong or can there be an update or something?

Thanks your feedback to me again.
1. I fixed the submit button. Now it display the hand when you hover it.
2. I checked load image with more 2mb. It will show fine.
Please check it again and feedback to me again,

Button works oke now!

The avatar still problems. Enclosed a picture what remains after trying to submit.

But there goes something wrong because I also tried a very small picture (only 50Kb) as avatar and then submit.
The same result!
