Hello,

Thanks for the reply. If this is the standard load for this application, and the issue cannot be resolved without custom programming then I am going to remove the application. It is a short term need thus I will do something else. Appreciate the offer.

My problem is just like the original author's of this thread. It is simply cannot create an event with a weekend date, even by directly typing it in. What occurs, is the date in the field reverts to the closest weekday, ie. use a Saturday date, the field changes to a Friday day. I am currently using Joomla 3.9.14 and PHP 7.1..14. I have the app on a live site and also on a Wampserver locally. Both instances have the exact problem. On my Wampserver, I reverted PHP to a 5.6 version and that created other issues including putting in a start date and stop date using the same weekday date and the start date would go back one day.

Again, thanks for responding. I am declining your request for back end access to the site where the issue occurs. At this point I will remove the application from both the live site and my Wampserver test bed. You can consider this issue closed for me. As stated before, this is a short term use and we have reached the point of diminishing return. If at some point in the future, I decide to revisit the problem I will contact you.
