Translate in Italian Language

I installed the jux timetable component.
Now I have to translate some words from the "JUX Timetable Schedules" module.
The date which is now shown as: "Dec 27, 2021 - Jan 2, 2022" should become in European-Italian format "27 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan 2022"
1) How can I change the date format?
2) Where can I find the file to translate the months of the year? (Jan, Feb, Mar ...)

Then I should also translate the days of the week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday ... etc
3) Where can I find the file to translate the days?

I only changed the view because the grid was too confusing.
It is now shown as a list.
The days of the week and the months of the year must be translated.
And the date should be entered as day / month / year.
