I have the same problem. I'm working my website in Spanish and English language and I checked modules on noo-tab position but don't appear on my localhost. However, the others modules on my home page appear.

I checked the Menu Assignment and I chose pages (Home for English and Inicio for Spanish) where this module should be but nothing
