my website does not load, no one can see it

I write because my clients have told me that they can not see my website and I wanted to know if you can help me or tell me if it is a problem that has nothing to do with the template that I acquired.

The text that appear when somebody write in your browser my website is:

"La página www.lugaresydestinos.net no funciona" ---> "Website www.lugaresydestinos.net doesn't works"

"La página www.lugaresydestinos.net te ha redirigido demasiadas veces" ---> " website www.lugaresydestinos.net has to being redirected too many times"
